Boswell and Jeremy R. Akers. Both were former
attorneys for the U. S. Department of Justice - Mr. Akers with the Land and Natural
Resources Division in Washington, D.C., and Mr. Boswell with the United States Attorney's
Office for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Akers' practice focused on environmental
issues and Mr. Boswell concentrated his practice in civil litigation in federal courts,
