Bruce D. Berger

    Bruce Berger formerly practiced law in Stuart, Florida, before becoming “Of Counsel”  with Akers & Boswell, P.A..  Mr. Berger was a criminal prosecutor and defense lawyer before becoming a civil trial lawyer focusing on medical malpractice and personal injury litigation when he began practicing law in Stuart, Florida, in 1986.  In 1995, Mr. Berger established his own practice and he and Don Boswell began working together in 1996 with the formation of Integrated Management Resources, Inc.  Since 1997, Mr. Berger has focused primarily on the compliance aspects of employment and civil rights laws.
