Our law firm's practice is limited to civil litigation in federal and state courts with a concentration in employment law and civil rights issues. The firm represents clients in all the state courts of South and Central Florida and the Federal Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. We also represent clients (charging parties and respondents) before the U. S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC") and other government agencies.
A free initial consultation is offered to prospective clients. The purpose of the initial consultation is for an attorney to evaluate the facts as presented and, should there be a need, for you to decide if you wish to retain the firm's services. Appointments for an initial consultation at no charge can be made by calling 561-547-6300. Appointments are available after normal business hours and on weekends for special needs.
